If you are a beginner start without weights. Once you progress, you will need:
- 3 pounds (1,5 kg) hand weights or less
- 1,5 pounds (0,75kg) ankle weights
- 3 pounds (1,5kg) ankle weights
- 1 padded mat

While I don’t offer a specific pregnancy program, I provide modifications to help you adapt the workouts safely and comfortably. As always, it’s essential to get approval from your doctor before starting or continuing any exercise routine during pregnancy.
