I have a BA in Psychology by Richmond University and I am an IIN certified Nutritional Health Coach. I later obtained my yoga certification with my mentor Marcos Jassan, whom I deeply admire. I am also a certified teacher in pilates with Josie McKenlay, and I studied neuroanatomy of movement with Bodyhack Pilates. I have also studied creative sequencing with Jason Crandell and Master of Anatomy Yoga with Celest Pereira.
My inspiration flourishes from my passion in yoga, pilates, calisthenics and ballet – and I creatively combine parts of all these methods in my own innovative and unique approach.
With my whole being, I am dedicated to empower women to thrive and transform into the best version of themselves, to embrace every part of who they are, to discover and own their unique, beautiful selves.
